Ingredience

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 spoon lard
  • 1 větší potatoe
  • 1 menší Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 1 1/12 litru vegetable broth or water
  • 125 ml cream or whipped cream
  • salt, pepper, chili
  • pinch nutmeg
  • pumpkin seeds
  • Sproute quinoa crunchy flakes for sprinkling

Postup

  1. Fry the garlic and onion in lard, add the diced raw potato and diced pumpkin with the skin on.
  2. Lightly fry, add broth or water, cover with a lid and cook until soft.
  3. Then blend everything with an immersion blender, add salt if necessary, and season with grated nutmeg.
  4. Add whipped cream or cream, you can also add chopped parsley, and for adults, a little chili. Bring to a boil briefly.
  5. On the plate, instead of croutons, decorate with a sprinkle of Sprouted Quinoa Crunchy Flakes.
