Ingredience

  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 spoon white yoghurt
  • 1 egg
  • 3 spoon Sprouted quinoa crunchy flakes
  • 3 spoon Sprouted oat flakes
  • pinch baking powder

Postup

  1. Mash the banana with a fork.
  2. Add the yogurt, eggs and then all the bulk ingredients.
  3. Mix the batter and bake in a mug in the microwave for 4-5 minutes / 700w.

Tip: Place a square of dark chocolate in the centre of the dough, which will melt beautifully during baking. Garnish with fresh fruit when serving.
